Accidental sourdough


Mary says...

I think I accidentally started sourdough. I started an "Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day" batch and forgot to put it in the fridge before going away for 4 days. Now frothy and smells lovely. Any suggestions for what to do with it next?
