Mixer for Microbakery


Hi all,

I'm in Melbourne (Australia) looking for a smallish mixer for a home microbakery set up - single phase power, 10-15kg dough capacity, dual speed. Most options are in the $2500-$3000 AUD range however I have come across the "EUROCHEF 20L Spiral Dough Mixer Commercial Machine Bakery Kneader Litre Small" online for about $950.

Has anyone got any experience with this brand or mixer and can comment? Or know of another good option out there?
