Baking with Sprouted Grains?

Hi

I'm relatively new to sourdough after capturing some wild yeast and making a starter a few months ago. I'm able to get pretty good loaves with standard bread flour, and I'm interested in branching out into working with sprouted grains. Does anyone have any tips? Resources of where to buy sprouted grains? What should I use? Any killer recipes?
