Landbrot and pugliese a'la Sullivan street bakery

Two bakes same day, Heidart brot we did in school and Pugliese I got from Martha Stewart's show and just converted it to sourdough!
Lousy cut on the Landbrot but fabulous taste and texture with a half and half ratio of wheat to rye!

Yummy! Half and half sounds delicious - I love rye bread! And the crumb on the pugliese is really impressive.
I think I can smell bread... *sniff sniff*
