Here is some Pane Teresa bread baked today! (Bill named the bread!)

I also have a boule cooling and one in the oven. I will post pics later.

The smell of these long fermented breads is heavenly!

What is everyone baking....besides Jeremy...that is!(He already does a great job showing us a feast of breads!)

The interesting thing is that the first boule was proofed in a banneton and the one that didn't open up as well was proofed in a plastic lined basket.

I will see what they look like inside later.

Teresa, you have the most enquiring mind. I like the way you do these side-by-side comparisons to see whether there are any differences. Thanks. Saves trouble for lazyminds like me.

Hi Teresa,
don't worry summer is here and it is too hot to bake, although I can whip up syrian flat bread with sumac and sesame seeds!

HI Jeremy,
I only meant that you were the only one showing the wonderful things you are baking, except maybe Bill. I wish others would post what they are baking.
Keep up the baking,who cares if the kitchen melts!

Yeah I know what you meant, well at least we have a core group of bakers who like to flaunt there wares!
