The friendly ambiance and flavor of this establishment is reflected by the values that the new owner, Kathy Kysar, and original owners, Donna and Kevin Maltz, share and have brought to their business practices. Since the creation of this delicious, growing concept, the owners have always embraced the concept of running a socially responsible establishment. Incorporating the principles of recycling, waste management, energy saving solutions, water-saving systems, biodegradable packaging, and employee education seriously has always been part of the Restaurant's ethics.
