Trois Petits Pains...

Trois Petits Pains... is a small village bakery in rural France (South Burgundy).

All our bread is made totally by hand, using only organic flour and then baked in a wood fired oven.

We bake three times a week and make roughly 100 kilos each time.

We also make pizzas, biscuits, quiches, brownies, flapjacks, croissants and brioche (both with levain - as it is called in France).
