The Loaf Bakery

The Loaf is in Johannesburg, South Africa. We presently selling from 4 different markets, one of them is the Bryanston Organic and Natural Market which is in existence for the past 35 years.Our range of breads is made exclusively with 100% natural sourdough using a south african stone-ground flour. We also use a local mine salt which is more than 99% pure and is wood fired oven baked.
