We are a Micro Bakery making Northern European Breads from Organic Grains imported from Australia. The Grains come from Kialla and Bio-Demeter. The grains are ground in our stone mill imported from Austria. Currently we bake with wheat and rye. We shortly expect a supply of Spelt Grains, also from Australia.
We use our own leaven for the majority of our bread.
We do not use any preservatives of improvers. We are members of the UK based Real Bread Campaign and carry out the teaching of bread to children from time to time.
