Polestar Hearth

Polestar Hearth is a small shop.  So small that the oven got squeezed right outdoors.  We bake fine sourdough brick oven bread for sale by subscription in our BreadShare program, which is now more than five years running.  We also sell wholesale to stores and CSAs and through farmer's markets.  We love being a part of the community fabric of the great town of Guelph, Ontario.  Check out this lovely video by our fine friend Blair Cameron: https://vimeo.com/62574593
