Armenian sweet tahini rolls

timb

A chance discovery in a new cook book led me to making these sweet tahini rolls - I have always thought of tahini as savoury, though of course sesame seeds are often used in sweets. I changed the yeast recipe to sourdough. However, this works really well, and it is quite an unusual flavour. I know nothing about Armenia, so if anyone has any information about food, especially bread, from this area I would be very interested. Yummy looking rolls.  Bookmarked your web page. Will make at a later date.  Am always looking for new recipes for granola and found your link to "mykugelhopf".  Found a batch of them. Thanks for listing her website. Happy Baking. M
