How do you prevent the dough from sticking to the surface? Do you use oil?
I've used oil or flour, depending on the dough. Most of what I make really isn't very sticky, so it doesn't really take anything but a well seasoned bread board.
The dough was proofed in oiled bowl so that oil prevents it from sticking.
