Thought I would give the Mill Loaf a try from Dan Lepards book "The Handmade Loaf"
It is mix of plain white flour, Rye and Wholemeal flour with a white starter.
Quite happy with the results and tastes yum too!
The last time I made this loaf  was before Christmas last year. It is a nice loaf, and yours look stunning Jerome. Looking back at mine, I think it looks overproofed.
