Hi there,

Last week-end, my family and I went to a village festival, close to our home, where they use to make some bread in an genuine -restored- common wood fired oven. So, I took some photos with my brand new toy...

Awesome!

That looks huge! How many, say, 1kg loaves do you think it can accomodate?

Thanks, Eric.

Size of the oven

Apparently, they baked something like 23 loaves at once. I am not sure about the weight of the loaves. I think it should have been around 2.5 kg of dough. But I did not speak a lot about the bread because it was not really excellent and I did not want any polemic. Eye-wink
I wanted to take some photos of the loading but I missed it. My kids were making a big tart at this moment...
