I heard that Australia is great place to work and to develop skill as a Baker so I am looking for a vacant position as a Baker in Australia. Prevously I have worked in a few 5 stars hotels and a wholesale bakery, I have been baking for 3 years and I am currently working in a 5-stars hotel in Kuta-Bali, indonesia on Demi CDP Baker Position but I am acting as a Head Baker because I don't have anyone on top of me in the Bakery section. But of course I have a Pastry Chef who is in-charge in the Pastry section. I am involved in every activities that is going on in the Bakery from the Daily Production (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner), Duty Roster, Ordering, all festivities along the year, Bread Showpiece making for the buffet, etc. I am so interested in Artisan Sourdough Baking, Long fermentation method, and all old style breads, and that is why I personally think that i would be able to learn more about it in Australia.
