Hello to all, my name  is Carlos Acatitla, i´m from México City and it ´s  my first  post  here; i´m Chemical Enginner

but since 8 years  ago i started a small bakery bussines, it has been grow and since year ago i star tried to make  some sourdoug bread, here some  of my results.

Hola a Todos, Mi Nombre es Carlos Acatitla, Soy de la ciudad de Mexico y este es mi primer  post aqui; soy Ingeniero quimico  pero desde 8 años inicie un pequeño negocio de Panaderia, este ha crecido bien y hace un año empece a intentar hace  un pan de levadura salvaje, aqui algunos de mis resultados.
